Hey Band!
Below is the schedule for our first football game!
Since the game is over an hour away from the volleyball game we will NOT be having our VB players travel to this football game.
We will be having Chick-fil-a delivered to the stadium.
Food orders will be sent in a google form via student email. Orders need to be turned in by noon on Wednesday and their $5 turned in by Thursday at 5pm. (If you'd like to pay the $5 for all the meals for the season, feel free to send $30)
Students will be wearing Band t-shirt, black shorts, black socks and black marching shoes. If students do not yet have all of these items it's ok. We will be ordering Band Shirts this week (I just figured out how to do that) and students need to have their band shoes ordered. If the shoes are not here yet then students need to be wearing black shoes.

A HUGE thank you once again to Builders FirstSource for their generous donation of lumber to the McDade Ag Program! ✨
The delivery has arrived, and our students are beyond excited to begin practicing their carpentry skills in Ag Mechanics. This donation will provide hands-on learning opportunities that allow our students to grow their knowledge in construction and trade skills—skills they can use both inside and outside the classroom for years to come.

The Texas Education Agency released the 2025 A-F Accountability ratings of public and charter schools to the public on Friday, August 15. While there are areas we are working to improve, McDade ISD has made tremendous progress, and our ratings show the hard work our staff and students have put in over the past year. Lady Bulldogs take on Idea Pflugerville in three sets in their first home game of the season!! They came out on top with three consecutive wins!!
Highlight and Player Recognition:
MVP Server: Alexis Pacheco went 12 consecutive serves in today's game!
MVP Defense: Jana Dube & Avery Grier mastered their back court coverage and had amazing passes!
MVP Hitter: Leah Chavez mastered her outside hit and dominated the court!

RMHC Tabs
Over the past two years, McDade ISD’s Special Education Department has been collecting pull tabs to support the Ronald McDonald House. Today, nearly 50 pounds of tabs were delivered to the Austin chapter! 💙
A huge thank you to our McDade ISD community for supporting this effort and all of our students.
The SPED Department will continue collecting pull tabs—donations can be dropped off at either campus office or with Mrs. Mouser at the admin building any day of the week. ♻️❤️
Ronald McDonald House is a program run by Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) that provides a "home-away-from-home" for families with children receiving medical treatment at nearby hospitals. It offers a supportive, comfortable environment where families can stay while their child is ill or injured, often free of charge or for a small donation.
